Open Finder to choose a picture. You can change the size of thumbnails (bottom right corner slider) for easy browsing.
Right-click on a thumbnail. Choose: Open with > Adobe Photoshop
This is what it should look like.
Choose Rectangular Marquee Tool in the Toolbox. Hold SHIFT on your keyboard and draw a square selection that you are going to crop.
Image > Crop
Now, that you have a square image – time to enhance it and manipulate the colors. If the image is not contrasted enough – fix it with LEVELS. Image > Adjustments > Levels
Levels window will pop up. Drag the black slider to the start of the graph, drag the white slider to the end of the graph. Use middle grey slider to make image lighter or darker. Click OK when done.
To adjust colors (hues) and their brightness (saturation) – go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation
Drag Hue slider to adjust colors And/or Drag Saturation slider to adjust brightness. I do not recommend dragging Lightness slider.
Change image size. Go to Image > Image Size
Set it to 6”x6”.
File > Save As
File > Print
Choose the correct printer
